Seiichi Nishikawa supports the private succession and restructuring of businesses of all sizes and across various industries throughout Japan through the formulation and implementation of M&A schemes, as well as acting in court-supervised restructuring and bankruptcy procedures. As well as providing ongoing legal advice to clients that include financial institutions, Seiichi also uses his experience gained from studying and training at law firms in Beijing and Shanghai to handle international matters between Chinese and Japanese parties.
