Seminar on Credit Analysis of Foreign Corporations “Researching the other party’s credit is essential before entering into an international transaction!”
In February 2019, the city of Kobe partnered with large trading companies to commence a service that supports companies based within Kobe and Hyogo Prefecture that are entering into international transactions to perform credit analysis of foreign corporations.
In this seminar, a speaker from Mitsui Bussan Credit Consulting Co. Ltd. will provide an overview and examples of credit analysis of foreign corporations, while Eiji Yoshida and Hirotaka Nakura from Higashimachi will explain the necessity of performing such analysis.
