Labour

It is easy for labour disputes to arise regardless of the size of a company or their industry they are active in. The ever-evolving landscape of legislation and judicial precedents means it is extremely important for corporate HR departments to stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends.

As well as providing advice on establishing internal procedures and compliance structures aimed at preventing employers becoming involved in disputes, we also assist clients with labour dispute mediation, labour tribunal hearings, dealings with labour standards inspection offices, collective bargaining with unions, and petitions for relief at the labour relations commission. Although we mainly act for employers, we also handle cases on behalf of employees.

Recently, we have also become increasingly involved in handling labour-related matters and due diligence in connection with M&A and corporate restructuring cases. By working in coordination with experienced external social security consultants, we are able to provide even greater detailed advice.

Because labour law is constantly evolving and awareness of the latest changes is vital, we regularly conduct training seminars for companies and other organisations.
