Nobuhiro Kotou’s practice is centred upon corporate law. In addition to providing legal advice and representation in contract, trade and labour disputes (including the protection of personal information), he also provides clients with advice in relation to internal control systems (beginning with the establishment of a compliance system that incorporates internal procedures and a whistleblowing system) and corporate governance matters such as the operation of shareholders’ meetings and directors’ meetings. He also has experience with risk management and incident response within corporations as well as M&A practice.
