Hirotaka Nakura

Hirotaka Nakura mainly practices in the field of labour law, providing both advice to employers on the establishment of internal HR procedures and also representation in labour-related disputes. Using his experience of being seconded to client corporations, he provides advice of corporate governance and compliance to companies of all sizes, as well as having experience with mergers and acquisitions.
