Kengo Hashiba’s latest article in his series on Japan’s vacant housing problem has been published in the 7th February 2019 issue (No. 305) of Profession Journal. This article looks at the legal problems surrounding the disposal of a vacant house that is owned by a person who is subject to a guardianship order.
