Kengo Hashiba’s latest article in his series on Japan’s vacant housing problem has been published in the 3rd October 2019 issue (No. 338) of Profession Journal. This article looks at the question of legal liability when tiles are blown off the roof of a vacant house by a typhoon or other strong wind.
