Makoto Matsumiya has co-presented a report to the CyberSpace Edition of the 71st International Astronautical Congress that was held on the 12th – 14th October 2020.

The title of his report is “Suborbital Flights in Japan: Filling the Gap of the Japanese Space Activities Act (2016)”, which is also the title of a paper that he co-authored for the Congress.
