Hirotaka Nakura mainly practices in the field of labour law, providing both advice to employers on the establishment of internal HR procedures and also representation in labour-related disputes. Using his experience of being seconded to client corporations, he provides advice of corporate governance and compliance to companies of all sizes, as well as having experience with mergers and acquisitions. Hirotaka also has considerable experience providing advice and representation to local governments on administrative law. In addition to these areas of practice, in recent years he has handled an increased number of cases from clients involved in the medical and healthcare sectors.
