Takehito Nakamura mainly deals with matters related to the administrative practices of local governments. During his time as a full-time and visiting staff member of a local government, he has dealt with a variety of issues, including the formulation of ordinances and the handling of lawsuits and other disputes, in addition to offering routine legal consultation. Takehito has also written a number of books and articles related to municipal legal affairs and has given lectures in training courses, taking advantage of the knowledge he gained from his experience working in local government.
