Zhiming Mai’s article titled “A Supreme People’s Court decision regarding the separation and independence of SHIAC and SCIA from CIETAC, concerning whether an application can be made to a court seeking non-enforcement of a CEITAC arbitral award on the basis that CEITAC did not have jurisdiction” has been published in the May 2020 issue of JCA Journal, the journal of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
