In the area of intellectual property, we have a wide range of experience in giving advice and preparing contracts in relation to matters such as licence agreements and joint research and development agreements, as well as dispute resolution in relation to patents, trademarks, copyright and competition law. As well as one of our lawyers being a registered patent attorney, for those patent cases that require expert knowledge, we work in cooperation with other patent attorneys that are specialized in the relevant field to ensure that we provide complete, prompt and accurate handling of the case. In international disputes, in particular IP disputes in China, we coordinate with local lawyers in the relevant country in order to resolve the dispute.
