The first edition of the Corporate Misconduct Index was published in 2015 and provides commentary on 100 instances of misconduct and scandal that have occurred in Japanese corporations. The second edition has been updated to include 36 new cases that have occurred since the first edition was published. It will be a valuable resource to anyone involved in corporate governance.

Higashimachi LPC’s managing partner Yoshihiro Uetani is one of the co-editors and authors of the second edition, which also contains contributions by Seiichi Nishikawa, Masayuki Kinoshita, Nobuhiro Kotou and Hirotaka Nakura.
